Citizenship & Investment Benefits

Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme provides a secure, government-endorsed route to second citizenship, combining global mobility with strategic lifestyle and business advantages. Through a streamlined and transparent process, successful applicants gain access to enhanced travel freedom, long-term security, and international opportunities backed by a respected Caribbean nation.

Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme is administered by the Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Committee (CBIC) under established national legislation.

This ensures that all applications are processed within a formal legal framework supported by government authority and institutional oversight.

All applications must be submitted through authorised agents, a requirement designed to maintain compliance, accuracy, and consistency throughout the application process.

This controlled submission model helps ensure that only eligible and properly prepared applications enter formal review.

Clear procedures, published regulations, and structured fee schedules promote transparency and predictability.

Multi-layer oversight and rigorous due-diligence requirements uphold programme integrity and reinforce Grenada’s reputation as a credible and well-regulated citizenship option.

Grenada offers applicants a choice between a contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) or investment in government-approved real estate projects.

These routes provide flexibility while maintaining clearly defined programme standards.

Investment options are structured to support both direct contribution and asset-backed approaches, allowing applicants to select a route aligned with their financial strategy.

Each option is governed by official thresholds, conditions, and compliance requirements.

This flexibility makes the programme suitable for investors seeking long-term planning, lifestyle benefits, or strategic diversification.

Government guidelines clearly define minimum investment amounts and applicable holding periods to ensure transparency.

Grenadian citizenship supports enhanced global mobility through the country’s established diplomatic relationships and international agreements. These relationships provide access opportunities that support travel, business, and lifestyle planning.

Travel privileges vary by destination and may evolve as international entry policies and agreements change over time.

Applicants are encouraged to review destination-specific requirements prior to travel, particularly for extended or business-related stays.

Citizenship offers flexibility for investors, entrepreneurs, and frequent travellers who require broader international access.

It is well suited to individuals seeking mobility options for business expansion, family needs, or personal lifestyle choices.

Grenada’s programme allows eligible dependants to be included within a single citizenship application, subject to clearly defined eligibility criteria.

Qualifying dependants may include a spouse, dependent children, and dependent parents.

Citizenship obtained through the programme may be passed on to future generations, supporting long-term family planning and continuity.

This generational benefit makes the programme attractive to families seeking lasting security.

Government regulations clearly outline dependant categories and associated fees to ensure transparency. Under Grenada’s current programme rules, unmarried siblings are eligible dependants.

Applicants are not required to relocate, reside, or visit Grenada either before or after citizenship approval.

This structure provides full geographic flexibility throughout the application process and beyond.

No interviews or language tests are required under standard programme rules, simplifying the overall experience for applicants.

Citizenship can be maintained without establishing tax residency in Grenada.

This framework is ideal for globally mobile individuals managing international business, travel, and family commitments.

It supports flexibility without imposing ongoing physical presence or relocation obligations.

After being domiciled for 3 years in Grenada it is the only Caribbean citizenship by investment program that holds an E-2 Investor Visa Treaty with the USA, allowing citizens to be eligible to apply for a non-immigrant.
